Would appreciate and suggestions/support I can get here.
I have found that there seems to be shortage of good information for those using Outlook 2016 or above. As I said I have done other accounts with no issue in Outlook so I am doubtful that it is Outlook.
Outgoing Email Server: ī, bak.rr.com, bham.rr.com, cfl.rr.com, emore.rr.com, eufala.rr.com, indy.rr.com, mi.rr.com, panhandle.rr.com, tampabay.rr. Spectrum/Charter has dismissed my request indicating that it must be an Outlook issue. You'll also need to enter your Incoming Email Server and Outgoing Email Server. These will vary based on your domain (what comes after the such as Find your domain name below to learn your server settings: Requires Authentication: Yes, or checked. Click 'New' on the Email tab to launch the Add New Account wizard. Click 'Account Settings' in the Info group and select 'Account Settings' again on the drop-down menu. Username: Your full Spectrum email address Click the 'File' tab in Outlook to open the File group, if it's not already open. You will then be presented with a list of email types.
To set up your Spectrum email, use these settings: First you go to file and select Account Settings: Then select the new button, select email account and you will be presented with screen with an option for Manual setup.
